A not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing clothing to those in need, faced a significant challenge in efficiently identifying and addressing community needs. Their existing process was labor-intensive, requiring extensive manual research to understand social needs, determine existing charity partnerships, and identify potential new partners. This approach was not only time-consuming but also limited their ability to respond swiftly to emerging needs in various communities. Transforming NFP's Approach with AI Solutions

Humaie offered a solution by leveraging its generative AI capabilities to transform NFP's approach. We began by identifying three key areas for improvement: enhancing research to understand social needs, verifying existing charity partnerships, and identifying new potential partners.

By integrating advanced research tools like Google Gemini and developing a custom prompting framework called F.L.E.X., we enabled NFP to conduct targeted research with ease. Additionally, we created multiple MCP servers that utilised publicly accessible data from sources like the Australian Bureau of Statistics, disaster resiliency data, and national income data.

These were integrated into Humaie's secure AI platform, allowing NFP to ask specific questions about local government areas, social needs, and potential risks.
